Delivery Process

  • 🕗 Delivery Window:
    Deliveries occur between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM, at least one hour before your event starts.
  • 📲 Notifications:
    • 30 minutes before delivery, our crew will send a text to notify you.
    • Upon arrival, the crew will text again and knock if no reply is received.
  • ⏳ Wait Time:
    • Our team will wait up to 10 minutes for a response or access to the delivery location.
    • If delivery cannot be completed, the team will return once more for an additional $25 convenience fee. 
    • If delivery is still not possible after the second attempt and no contact is made, the customer will forfeit their deposit.

Customer Reponsability

  • 📦 Rented Equipment Responsibility:
    • Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery or customer pick-up until it is returned.
  • Inspect Items:
    • Confirm all items are received and in good condition upon delivery.
    • Notify us immediately if any items are damaged.
  • Damage Waiver: (optional)
    • 9% of the total rental cost.
    • Can only be added before delivery.
    • Covers accidental damages but does not cover loss.
  • Setup & Teardown: (optional)
    • Add setup and teardown services when booking or contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Same-day requests will incur an addional $30 convenience fee.
  • Item Care & Return:
    • Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
    • Wipe down items before pickup. A cleaning fee starting at $50 will apply for excessively dirty items.
