Delivery Process
- 🕗 Delivery Window:
Deliveries occur between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM, at least one hour before your event starts. - 📲 Notifications:
- 30 minutes before delivery, our crew will send a text to notify you.
- Upon arrival, the crew will text again and knock if no reply is received.
- ⏳ Wait Time:
- Our team will wait up to 10 minutes for a response or access to the delivery location.
- If delivery cannot be completed, the team will return once more for an additional $25 convenience fee.
- If delivery is still not possible after the second attempt and no contact is made, the customer will forfeit their deposit.

Customer Reponsability
- 📦 Rented Equipment Responsibility:
- Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer from the time of delivery or customer pick-up until it is returned.
- Inspect Items:
- Confirm all items are received and in good condition upon delivery.
- Notify us immediately if any items are damaged.
- Damage Waiver: (optional)
- 9% of the total rental cost.
- Can only be added before delivery.
- Covers accidental damages but does not cover loss.
- Setup & Teardown: (optional)
- Add setup and teardown services when booking or contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day requests will incur an addional $30 convenience fee.
- Item Care & Return:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Wipe down items before pickup. A cleaning fee starting at $50 will apply for excessively dirty items.
