Tent Installation, Tables & Chairs Setup Policy

For safety reasons, all tents must be installed by our professional team. Proper anchoring, leveling, and surface assessment are required to ensure a secure setup; customer self-installation is not permitted.

Residential tents are intended for backyard events, family gatherings, and small private celebrations. For commercial venues, public events, corporate functions, or high-traffic events, a commercial-grade tent upgrade is required.

Please provide your event type and location at booking so we can recommend the appropriate tent option.

Tables and chairs are not set up by our team unless the additional setup service is purchased. Standard rentals include delivery and pickup only.

If setup service is added, our team will professionally place tables and chairs according to your layout request. If not, customers are responsible for unloading, arranging, and restacking all items.

All tables and chairs must be returned in their original condition to avoid additional fees.
